FinFTP

Manual for FinFTP

FinFTP is the FTP client application for iPhone and iPad. This application connect FTP server then download and upload music, movie, image and document files.

This application can support very well all functions of FileZilla FTP server, Serv-U FTP server and Mac FTP server.

1.   FTP Server

This image shows the list of FTP servers that you can access.

1.1 Add FTP Server

- Tab a  button in Fig.1, you can show text box for New FTP Server.

1.2 Connect FTP Server

Tab a cell, you can connect a ftp.sample.com with 21 port.

1.3 Menu for FTP Server

-      Select a file

 Download a selected file to your iPhone or iPad.

 Delete a selected file in your iPhone or iPad.

 Rename a selected file.

 Move a selected file to another folder

-      Select files: Tab a  button.

 Update the files and folders list..

 Search for files related to the keywords entered in FTP Server.

2.   Files in the iPhone

 Save selected files from Photo Albums to another folder in iPhone or iPad.

 Tab this cell, you can explore files and folders download and saved in the iPhone.

2.1 Photo Albums

  The file name will be saved.

 Save your image file as a JPG.

 Save your image file as a PNG.

2.2 iPhone Files

This image shows the list of files in iPhone or iPad.

 Run the selected file.

ž  Documents: txt, htm, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx, pdf

ž   Image: png, jpg, tif, gif, bmp

ž   Music: mp3, wav

ž   Video: mp4, m4v

 Unzip the selected zip file.

 Upload a selected file to the connected FTP Server.

 Rename selected file.

 Edit a text and html file.

 Delete the selected files.

 Zip the selected Files.

 Copy the selected files to another folder.

 Email the selected files to someone.

 Create a new folder.

 Update the files and folders list.

3.   The status of transfer

 Start a retransmission when a transmission was stopped because of the network status.

 Stop to transfer a file and then delete a file.

4.   Settings

 Notify an alert to user when user transfers the data through 3G.

 Set a encoding.

 Prevent this application from changing into sleep mode.
